Due to the nature of personalized products, we have to be a little more hands-on with our return policies.
How to contact us:

- You have seven (7) days from receipt of your product to contact us due to a problem.
- Have a detailed description of the problem
- Have a picture you can send us to show us the details of the problem
Our goal is to make you happy. We may offer
- Returning the item for a refund
- We will send you a UPS label or other prepaid shipping.
- Personalized items returned may be used at our discretion, most likely donated to local charities.
- Replace the item
- Offer store credit for future purchases
How to return items:
- You have 30 days from the creation of the RMA to return the product
- Should be in the original packaging
- Have any documentation relevant to the RMA or product
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and the packing slip
How will refunds work:
- Please give us 4-5 weeks to resolve your refund. We will do our best to get you refunded as fast as possible, however with credit card processors sometimes this takes some time
- We will do our best to return your money through your original payment means
What may cause us to refuse a refund?
- Products that show signs of being worn
- Personalized image quality issues
- Our experts review every order before printing and contact our customers when we feel like the image quality will affect the final product.
